The Cannon Beach Gallery is located in midtown Cannon Beach at 1064 S. Hemlock St. We are open 10 am – 4 pm Wednesday through Sunday in the winter and Wednesday through Monday in the summer

Workshop FAQ
How can I register for a workshop?
A: You can register and enter payment at any time online at our website or by calling our Gallery during business hours Wednesdays -Sundays 10am to 4pm at (503) 436-0744. You can register in person at Cannon Beach Arts Gallery located at 1064 S. Hemlock in Cannon Beach, OR.
If you are interested in a class you are strongly encouraged to register in advance so as to not cancel a workshop based on low attendance. Workshops need a minimum of four students to run. If a workshop is cancelled, all registered participants will be notified.
Where can I find out about new workshops?
A: For future workshops and events, please check online under our Programs tab, Workshop schedule page at cannonbeacharts.org. If you would like to be one of the first to know about events, lectures and art workshops going on at CBAA please consider becoming a CBAA member. You will receive first notice by mail and email of new workshops, AAH! open studio dates and gallery openings. You may also join our email list. We announce workshops online, on our social media accounts and in our local publications. Stop by the Cannon Beach Arts Gallery to pick up current brochures and ask our amazing volunteer docents about current offerings.
Is there a waitlist for workshop classes?
A:In the event that a Cannon Beach Arts Association Workshop is sold out, you can request to be added to the wait list in case there are cancellations. Please call the Gallery or email meagan@cannonbeacharts.org to be put on the wait list. Adding your name to the wait list does not guarantee you will be able to attend the workshop. If a space in a workshop opens up, we will contact you to confirm your spot for attendance. You will be notified 48 hours in advance.
What is your workshop cancellation policy?
A: We know things can come up here on the coast as you plan for your workshop. You may cancel your workshop registration no less than 4 days prior to event date for a 100% refund. 3 to 4 days prior cancellation you may request a 50% refund. If you have to cancel after this period, a refund cannot be offered. Our local art instructors plan and prepare art experiences and materials ahead of time based on confirmed class members.
To cancel a workshop email meagan@cannonbeacharts.org with the subject line: “Cancel: (date of workshop) (workshop name) (date of cancellation). Please include your phone number.
How can I teach a workshop at CBAA?
A: We are so excited that you would like to teach at our non-profit and we would love to have you! We strongly encourage local Pacific Northwest, Coastal and Oregon region artists to contact us with art class ideas and proposals. We are currently looking to fill late Summer, Fall and Winter Saturday workshops. Please email our Arts Education Director at meagan@cannonbeacharts.org with your class idea and contact info.
Does CBAA offer private workshop events?
A: Absolutely! Cannon Beach is a beautiful artistic town with plenty of charm right on the Pacific Ocean surrounded by lush forest and mountain views. Cannon Beach Arts Association would love to help you create an artistic experience for your visit. Let us know how we can host your group, family, or friends for a day or more of special-making. Please contact our Arts Education Director with your inquiry.
